Do I need technical skills to use WhizReports?

No. The platform is built so business users can get insights using simple natural language queries without SQL or coding experience.

What data sources can I connect?

You can connect CSV, Excel, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) today. More connectors (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) are coming soon. See the Features page for the full list.

How secure is my connected data?

We use enterprise-grade security: encryption, role-based access, audit logs, and optional SSO. Your data is scoped by organization so other customers cannot see it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can multiple team members collaborate on reports?

Yes. Live dashboards, shared reports, and collaborative insights are core features. You can share reports with your team and control access by role.

AI & Insights

How does the AI work?

The AI interprets natural language questions about your data and delivers answers, visualizations, and summaries backed by your connected datasets. You ask in plain English and get charts, tables, and insights in return.

Can I ask predictive or trend-analysis questions?

Yes. The platform supports trend detection, AI-generated insights on your reports, and analysis that helps you spot patterns and anomalies. Predictive and forecasting capabilities are part of the roadmap where not yet available.

What kinds of visual outputs can I create?
